A rating of 97% or higher will result in an A+ rating. Results are based on experience, length of time in business, competency licenses, any known government actions, advertising issues and customer complaints.
IICRC
The IICRC sets the standards for the carpet and upholstery cleaning industry. Qualified firms must demonstrate proof of insurance, maintain a customer complaint policy, abide by the IICRC code of ethics and all technicians require certification.
COR Certified with ACSA
The process to obtain a Certificate of Recognition includes the completion of (4) courses in Health & Safety, a self audit, a peer audit and site assessments to ensure compliance.
Nominated for the Business Ethics Award with the BBB in 2010
Candidates must be in good standing with the Better Business Bureau.
