The process to obtain a Certificate of Recognition includes the completion of (4) courses in Health & Safety, a self audit, a peer audit and site assessments to ensure compliance.
The IICRC sets the standards for the carpet and upholstery cleaning industry. Qualified firms must demonstrate proof insurance, maintain a customer complaint policy, abide by the IICRC code of ethics and all technicians require certification.
A rating of 97% or higher will result in an A+ rating. Results are based on experience, length of time in business, competency licenses, any known government actions, advertising issues and customer complaints
